Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong as this is a bit of a common theme for me as I keep getting hands like this, normally playing tornies with 200 to 600 runners and do a good job of getting a good stack (sometimes a very good stack around the 30 percentage left mark) then it all goes wrong
Is this just 50p
Have tried opening up a lot more and also tighting up as in this torney same result

So in this game I would be considerded Nit Like so is he in the wrong, have had a few weeks of this so gettin frustrated, anyone saying I should fold/maybee CBet smaller

As played I would bet much smaller on the flop (maybe 4100ish) and slow down when faced with resistance.

3 bet is too small also as you are out of position i think.  I would make it 6300ish which would make the pot around 14k meaning a bet of around 5.5k on the flop and fold to his raise.  I think you can also just give up on this board and check fold but c-betting small is my preferred play.

Villain hasn't played this very well but he has got an inferior hand to commit 70 big blinds when holding a pair of on a J high board so I think you have played it worse (sorry).
