Could they do the final payout before they knew the number of runners David? Last I read said 54 paid with £140k up top Smiley

It's possible to say that x% of the field will be paid Jase - and isn't it possible to say 1st will get a minimum of y%?
The DTD website shows payouts for up to 224 runners, presumably there's a table somewhere that defines the same info for between 224 and somewhere around 1000?

Mostly wife wants to know 'cos obviously she gets 90% of me even in a freeroll

A noble gesture. Mine just gets 50% but having said that 50% is equally the same as 100% latley

Entry for today is closed with 220 runners

235 yesterday
220 today
455 total

300 in for tomorrow

So they are 245 runners short of the guarantee

There were 117 walk up buy ins today

Can DTD get 245 tomorrow to hit this guarantee?

I've learnt not to back against them, but it must be a long shot surely?

There should be overlay value if you are considering the trip.....

Hi Guys

Well day 1b has finished last reg and we have a total of 455 players, tomorrow we need 545 to hit the guarantee!

There are 290 pre reg and 20 from tonights last club satellite so 235 walk ins required.

I think we have a slim chance, we can seat 450 from the start and easily get 95 more in over the 9 late reg levels but are there 235 players out there with £560?

Last 2 days we have had approx 100 each day.

The overlay is currently £117,5000, i am sure the value hunters will be watching all day to see what it is knowing that they can join at level 9, 500 1000 with 50bb and the average approx 65,000.

Here is Robs latest blog....

http://www.dusktilldawnpoker.com/blog.php?profile=4&id=335

Everyone has worked so hard i really hope we make it.

Cheers

Today is the acid test. A big one

Day1a saw 54 of 235 go through

Day1b saw 51 of 220 go through

So going into today the situation is as follows

455 in so far
310 registered for today

Runners required to hit the £500,000 GTE: 235

So when the doors open today, DTD starts with an overlay of £117,500 and we'll see what happens

Doors open at 1.30pm, play begins at 2pm. Late registration until 8.45pm

DTD have dealers coming, extra tables up. If you show up, they'll get you in.

I think that is normally not done until day 2 starts - assuming they get a good turnout today I would think 90-100 (10%) would cash.

It is standard after registration closes.
