Cheers, think we'll way it up in the morning!

I think I have got off the M1 at 24a before, will it be better to get off later in this weather?

24a in past the Power station can be bad in this weather

25 and in via Stapleford and a dual carriageway is probably better, it brings you to the north Side of the University and turn right at the Queens Medical centre, you'll see DTD on your right about a mile south

Good luck and take care (and of course DTD will decide on opening, guarantee..not me!)

Yeah, would guess it'll better to do J25 and go into Nottingham on the A52, probably more likely to be clear and moving.

It was the February Deepstack last year. DTD stayed open all night and put on a Midnight Tournament for those who didn't want to play cash all night.
I made it to my hotel at around 4am and went back after breakfast, people had slept on chairs and bacon rolls had been served.

Only at DTD! <3

I'd love to go but don't fancy the 60 odd mile drive to get there Sad

I live about 35 minutes away (in normal conditions), but won't be venturing over this weekend because of the weather.  Just had to go out in the car just now, and the main roads are fine where the traffic is keeping them relatively clear.  The side roads are another matter though and it's only been snowing 'properly' here for an hour or so today.
give over you big girls blouse. Man up n get to Dtd Smiley

Midland Monster festival at Star City postponed due to weather this weekend

Pretty sure DTD is open if you want to divert West Midlanders....

I'm here, and it's open. The roads were no problem for a young (ish) experienced driver with cat like reactions.
