Howdy,

Off to Vegas tomorrow for the first time.  Playing in event 55 on Sunday 1st July.  Only over for a week but was wondering if anyone had any tips for where to play?  Looking at a buy in range of $100 - $300

if anyone has any tips on the best tourneys etc whilst I'm over, can you let me know please?

Planning a Man V Food at Hash house a go go n all :-)

Thanks in advance...

For me the Venetian / Palazzo is the best by far. Some events are bigger than your budget but there is a $200 at 7pm each night.

Fantastic value at the Golden Nugget. They have various tourneys on each day - Horse, stud, omaha etc. but they also have a Holdem every day at noon which is $135.  You get 12,500 chips and a 40 min clock. Great structure - the best I have found at that sort of buyin and LOTS and LOTS of VERY BAD PLAYERS! Even I feel like Phil Ivey -and I am no expert!

Can't recommend them highly enough! They charge a lot of juice, but the field is SO SOFT...

Good luck

Of the $135 entry, $25 goes to the house and $10 to the dealers!! So only $100 goes in the prize pool... But all over Vegas, the tourneys are hammered by these sort of charges - check the small print...

Like you wouldn't believe! Aria valets vs DTD valets, whatever the contest would make the best PPV in history.
