I mean right from now this very second, not after you have planned it and stocked up etc.

I got paid on Thursday and had to ship most of my salary out almost immediately on a bunch of expensive stuff including holidays etc. I've got a few hundred quid to live on for the month without dipping into savings which I hate doing unless I have to. So I thought it would be a larf to try and be a nit and to see how long I could go without spending any money whatsoever, not a single penny. I've got a few things in the fridge to last a couple of days, reckon I've got a weeks worth of food in the freezer, should be fun  Cheesy

I'm normally an idiot with money and piss it away so this will be a challenge for me. Reckon I can get to next Thursday to make it a week but we will see

How long do you think you could last?

Couple of hours or so. Bad thing to start on a saturday.

I'll be amazed if you go til thursday.

I take it any direct debits or such like aren't included.

Good luck. Will be following.

I stared on Thursday by luck really as much as anything else I didn't need to get anything, it just occurred to me this morning.

Yeah all bills taken care of for the month, just day to day needs really. Have got a company car so I don't pay for petrol and stuff either, so its just food etc I guess, I haven't even checked how much I've got of bog roll and other such necessities, no doubt something I need will crop up and catch me out  Cheesy

I've got a terrible habit of just pissing away money whilst out and about on absolutely nothing, especially during the week when I'm at work, few coffee's lunch, snacks etc.

If nothing else if will stop me drinking any booze and eating any fast food for as long as I manage to last as I have none of that in.

Our fridge and freezer are practically empty, I don't think I'd last the night.  If I can go and do a weekly shop, I could last at least 7 days I reckon.

Found some coffee mate wiiiiiiii.

Thinking about it, this might be a good excuse to eat some of the stuff that has been in my freezer for ages and the tins of food in my cupboards.

Just binked a tin a green curry sauce that I can make a veggie curry out of, might have that later  Smiley

Ikr, when I used to work, back in day, used to get paid, snap pay everyone I'd owe money to then be busto and start the borrowing again.

Yeah but the plan is to spend nothing at all for as long as reasonably possible  Smiley
