The club certainly has internet terminals installed now. Not sure if they can only access poker sites, or whether they can be used for posting on here.

I'm heading in later for a few beers, and to see how Dave and Teacake are getting on, so if I get the chance I'll post any news.

i came 27th after getting to 30k early with average around 12k i then went to 3k with average about 14k i then got to 43k with average at 28k and then busted

nice card room only improvement i could offer is a wider choice of food, i had a steak snadwitch when i arrived another at the first break and my only other options were ELBLONDIE cheese and pickle sandwidch, a toastie or scampi and as i am even fussier eater than tikay my options were toastie or toastie so i had a bowl of nuts instead

Rod I got home at 6.30am, I woke up at 1pm. Do you seriously think I'd have a clue about the details?

I do know Teacake and Dave didn't cash, and there was a 4-way deal at the end.

They had 77 runners, which with rebuys and top ups saw a prize pool of around £14k I think.

The place was buzzing. It was a really good night.

Definately 77, 87 would have payed 10 places and there wouldn't have been the hoo-hah about the saver for 10th.

After 9 hours solid poker, I had to leave and didnt stay to see who won. I was 9th, Timaloy i hear came 5th.
