A word for Gareth J, after his top 2 finish last season (I always forget who won coz they chopped it) he came 2nd in the main and H2H leagues this time round, superbly consistent stuff.
Roll on 2013/14
I chopped the cash league and H2H with Gazza last season, he's the best FF player on here imo, top 2 finishes in both comps 2 years running is great going. This is the first year I've lost money on FF the pack have caught up on here but I really need to stop picking absolute shite starting squads. |

I handicapped myself this year by stubbornly refusing to pick the traitor RVP.
Well done indeed to Brent who was actually challenging for the overall lead at one point.
How Curtis managed to win the H2H with a mid-table score I'm not sure but he's a good bloke so I guess karma must have played it's part.
I'm looking forward to next season and already formulating a new strategy.

Ha! I used to do that by never picking manure players but eventually you gotta say business is business, it was a major leak in my game I'm sure! |

Not sure if it was mentioned at the start of the thread but it was absolute horsesh1t that Chelsea had a double gameweek in GW1,it forced people to pick Chelsea players and shape their team that way even though I wouldn't have normally and left alot of squads very samey.
I hope there is no repeat of that next season.

Sadly think there might be as Chelsea won the Europa League so will be involved in the European Super Cup again which is what caused the DGW in GW1 for them and Reading. Think I started with Federici and Pog! |
