EPT tough river spot

This is probably where others play more optimally than me, in this hand I considered all 3 options on the river, call/fold and raise.
Villain is online reg called Paris Dedes, reads are that he doesn't value bet thinly and he can play some weird lines. I've seen him use different bet sizing depending on the strength of his hand, I'd say big = good, small = draw/air. We are sitting in the 5 and 6 seat and speaking alot, on good terms and discussed poker, strategy, some online regs etc. We haven't played any pots together, he has been actively opening wideish UTG/early and I've been playing quite straightforward. He saw me earlier tank for 10mins+ and fold to a river jam when I had top set after flop got 4bet.
He commented earlier in the day that 3betting AK utg+1 is really bad.
Reads are that he would be nitty in close spots and would prefer to small ball.
Paris Dedes opens from UTG to 450 from a 45k stack
I peel UTG+1 after thnking for about 8-9 seconds with AKss from a 26k stack
Folds round
flop (1.1k)
He bets 750, I call.
Turn (2600) is
He bets 1700, I call
River (6000) is
He bets 5025, we? We have 16k after the 5k.

+1
He's effectively firing into an uncapped range. AA is the only hand you can't plausibly have. If he metagame levelled you with the table talk then wp him.

Seems like a pretty straightforward fold. What range do you assign him on the river having raised utg and then triple barreled into what he perceives as a competent opponent? Does he even open AQ utg (assume only aqs based on the description). Fold and hope he turns over JJ after you've mucked!
Guess he could open AJs, did you think about turning your hand into a bluff? Suppose there is only one combo of AA left, hard for him to have just one hand
but then again, this is the kind of spot where you think 'god, his range is so narrow' but he just always has it. Him triple barrel bluffing into a competent opponent in the earlyish stages of an EPT with fish in the field seems unlikely. Fold and feel happy about it.

how bad is raise turn?
for what reason? I heard a top player mention buying showdown with a minraise ott (diff hand, super deep v frequent overbettor), but this seems like real fps and pretty bad. You might get away with it ONCE v some players or a couple v others, but this is neither the hand or the board where that logic is applicable.
With the right dynamic could be really good on some boards, just not this turn.

'scuse the simpleton question please, I know we have to call flop 'cos he c-bets a lot of non-ace hands, but we call turn too and now we've got to the river and there's three hands he plausibly has that beat us. AA, AJ, JJ. One one AA combo, three AJ, three JJ.
So, if we call turn, shouldn't we call the river? Or, conversely, if we're folding the river, shouldn't we fold turn?
How would you view the hand vs Mr Average player, no rep, no history?
Edit... Six lots of AJ

After calling the turn im not folding the river (for a few reasons + theres added levels) + we have the best card in the deck so were never losing.

Is call terrible here?
I sorta wanna shove as played, especially after calling the turn we appear alot weaker then we are. Possible he can value bet worse but probably not call if we shove.
I'm not getting attached to AK, but we have way under-repped our hand so i probably level myself into a hero call here
I'd defo be 3 betting AK, even more so because of your chat earlier. Would make it easier to play post flop imo

i forgot to note that I tanked for around 25 seconds on the turn, which felt like quite alot of time at the time.
