Sat at work and wanted to watch some racing. Put my token £2 bet on a race and was told I needed to place a larger bet to watch the race!

WTF is that all about, When did this change, and what is the new minimum?

Looks like its Betdaq here we come!

Not sure what minimum is on other sites, any ideas/alternatives please?

Couple of quid for a few races each day was fine, a fiver is just plain greedy.

Betdaq are "free" if you have a funded account - but they will threaten to cut you off if you abuse it.

Betdaq is usuallly ok for prices (at my stakes) about 5 mins before the race.  I'm only backing this time in the season so its fine for me.  I tend to place lay a lot early in the season and unfortunately Bdaq doesn't have the lquidity.

You should be thankful they didn't change it to "have a £5 bet on exchange games in order to watch this race"....seems only a matter of time.
