If you work you way down the list on the right hand side, it is under "Niners trick Patriots"

If I read things correctly (.....) there is a televised NFL game at 0130 on Sunday morning. SUNDAY morning, not 0130 Monday morning.
Why is this? It appears to be in addition to the three regular televised slots on Sunday evening & early Monday morning.
The game is Falcons @ Lions.

Saturdays in the US are dominated by college football but the regular season has finished with just the bowls to come with the most important ones happening in the new year. So now the nfl will not be competing with them for prime tv airtime so one (occasionally 2) games are moved to Saturday nights.

Ahh, thanks Longy, that makes sense now. I can actually stay up & watch that, as I don't have to go to work on Sunday, so thats great news.

The Americans play Bowls? Wow, who'd have thought? My money would be on this chap, all day long.

Could be an interesting week of results for the Superbowl book.

Who are the Ravens going to keep then?
Seems like Flacco negotiations aren't going anywhere and if they put the Franchise Tag on him, that means Ed Reed is no longer protected.
Is it as simple as choosing one or is it just media hype?

I think Kansas City could be the only team I have ever seen that would be better off if they played with no QB at the moment.

I really like the overs in the Baltimore at Cincy game with the line @41. Decent conditions with little wind albeit cold, coldness is rarely as important as you'd think points wise. New offensice co-ordinator at Baltimore and they'll want to continue to play expansively to try things out in preparation for the play offs. Realistically these teams know that they will seeded 4th and 6th and I see them both going easy on starters. The QB's will almost certainly stay in with the play offs next week to stay in synch and against possibly weakened defenses might be plenty of points on offer. The down side is sometimes in this type of game both teams just kind of play it out and wait for the play-offs but divisional rivals and good reason to think Baltimore will be going pretty hard offensively, I think the line is a little low here.
Welcome views on if I'm way off with any of these assertions. It all points to plenty of points imo.

Multiple sources stating that Andy Reid will be relieved of his duties as Eagles' coach tomorrow (one of several predicted casualties on 'Black Monday').
The time had well and truly come for this to happen, but he's undoubtedly the best coach in Eagles' history and transformed their fortunes since taking the job in 1999. It's easy to say with hindsight, but perhaps a leave of absence following the death of his son in training camp would have been the best thing for him to have done.
Thanks for the memories, Andy, and I hope you find success in whatever you do next, most likely coaching the Chargers if speculation is to be believed.

I think Reid will be a success elsewhere his time was just up in Philly. To survive that long in a place like Philadelphia is a testament to what a good job he did.

9 yards short. Incredible performance. Great finish to that game, too.
Houston's loss takes them from 1st to 3rd.
Roll on the playoffs!
