A hypothetical situation, a player transfers mid six figures to a casino in Macau and plays high stakes cash games.  They then transfer all the cash to a casino in Vegas and play high stakes cash games.  After this they return home to the UK and transfer all of the remaining cash from the casino in Vegas to their bank account in the UK.

Will the casinos agree to move your cash to anywhere you want without any hassle or are any regulations in place that make such money transfers difficult?  And if you return to the UK with significantly more cash than you left with, will such a large money transfer trigger questions from HMRC?

Best to ask Flushy/Keys on this sort of thing but I don't see why that would be a problem.

If you've shown sufficient play at the Vegas casino for them to give you a wire transfer then HMRC can't do anything about it because it has been shown to be gambling winnings?

As far as the casino are concerned you've played there and passed all of their checks so they have no reason to believe that there is anything wrong with the money.

As far as I was aware its getting this sort of figure into the system thats the tough part. The casinos have no desire to make it hard for you to get your money once you've left the premises because they want you to come back?
