Hello

I'm sure there are plenty of people who have had to do this at some stage, so I just wanted to get some advice before I do anything stupid.

I had a nice result on the horses yesterday and would like to ensure I only give it all back to Betfair in instalments, rather than leaving it in my online account.

I bank with Halifax, so the two options are Bank Transfer and Cheque. I'm in no urgent rush for the money; if it takes a few days, that's fine, if it means I get all of it. Am I ok just to do the transfer or am I best off just asking for a cheque?

Message, e-mail or PM fine.

Thanks.

LOL interestingly, I tried to get a bet on before posting that you would be the first one to post that.

Sadly, couldn't find anyone to give me a price Smiley

Wish I could do that.  Even just once.

Thanks all.

To be fair, a brag would be telling you how much! It's not a life changing sum of money so calm down everyone.

If anything, the fact that I need to ask is an indication of how much this has generally been a one-way financial situation.

Seems like I can withdraw a daily limit of the net amount I have deposited. Then the rest will be bank transfer and it is free to do it if I am prepared to wait 3 days.

Thanks again for the answers and the back-handed congratulations (he offers generously Smiley ).

Long may it continue.

OK enough of this.

It wasn't my intention but if that's how people have taken it, fine.

I wasn't clear on what I needed to do, so I asked for assistance from people who I expect have experienced the situation before.

I've got my answer so thank you for that.

Now not sure whether this is just blokeish ribbing or a genuine point. I've stopped finding it funny either way.
