This Is the storage area 8" x 4" for all toys and tools etc and at the side is an area of 4" wide so that I can slide the pool table out of the way so we can still have the full 16"x12" area for parties and chilling etc.. Total cost was 3.5K Ya welcome to come and have a look anytime pal.

Yeh this was mentioned and I was going to do it but because I got the bigger size table I can't afford too lose any room. Think I might just buy a couple of electric heaters because I've put plenty of sockets in for power.. Do you need planning permission in your area for summer house?

Table looks good Leatherman One of the first things I plan when I move is a pool/poker room in the garden. Decent price to pay a supreme. Defo get some heaters in there, don't want the damp ruining the table

Cheers fella, yeh was really chuffed with the price would of payed that without the extra's that I got with it.. Although this table is free play which means it's got no coin operated system so wouldn't be no good in a pub, but is perfect for me because the kids don't need me to keep pushing any coins in.. It still has all the ball return bits inside as normal. If anything like damp happens to it I will have a proper crywank, also the poker table fits bang inside of cushions.

Probably ! ......as a rule of thumb if its more than 5m away from your house and not more than 4m high 1m away from the boundary and a certain size then no planning. However I live in a conservation area so rules are different! Did you need planning ?

Would love a pool table/summer house at the end of the graden, far cheaper to do it yourself than get someone obviously?
How difficult to put together are the DIY summer house kits would you say?
