Nothing up with black suit and brown shoes.  The shoes need to match the belt. 

Black shoes with a black suit is only mandatory on Dowton Abbey and for funerals.

He should be getting seated about now     .........     he phoned me up just going past Northampton, and didn't put the phuqqin phone down till he arrived @ DTD a couple of minutes ago, FML!
