Hand from last level yesterday felt like a pretty disgusting spot at the time and I really wasn't sure what to do.

Me: playing 240-250k @ 4/8k
Rasta : playing like 600k table chippo etc.
stacks behind : 300k, 300k, 150k, 250k

Rasta opens UTG to 25k (had been his standard open for the 3 previous opens id seen in the 10-20 hands id been at the table.

We look down at   in MP. We?

I'm going to call.

If there is a shove from people behind, I'm going to call, providing Rastafish doesn't call first. If he does, I'm going to have a think.

Think 3 bet folding here is fine. Don't even mind a fold pre

Edit- he's 3xed it- just fold

3b calling would be pretty bad vs him imo. He talks a lot which gives off the illusion that he's loose and 'looking to gamble' but its all an act. If he 4bets then we are in the shitter. People might think its stupid but I like to be completely unbalanced in these sort if spots in live comps. Like make bigger shoves than I would online as appose to 3bet calling and being able to 3bet fold the mid/bottom of my 3bet value range, then just 'having it' when it goes in. No need for balance live imo. He will deffo peel with worse if we 3bet and I don't really like the idea of jamming 30bbs+ in a soft live comp where we have a big edge. I'd prolly 3bet min and make a pair then take him to town.

Not played a huge amount with rastafish but I'd be 3b/f here. Like numerous people say if he 4bets you're just crushed.

For everyone not familiar with him, 3x'ing/4x'ing is COMPLETELY standard even this late and we shouldn't be folding just for that reason IMO.

How wide does he generally open in these spots if he is mostly only 4betting AK/JJ+  Do we think he is peeling the rest of his opening range when we 3b?

I like this.

I think we have too much equity vs his UTG opening range to flat. His 4b range is so narrow it makes it an easy 3b/f.

What I'm unsure of is how we go about dodging the inevitable runner runner.

Anything but a call.

But as George said, if he 4 bets, you are in trouble.
