Thought I would try something different.

Thought I'd do a little mini tournament history, with the major hands included. Worts and all.

Would like some opinions on the hands. Smiley

All from the bigger$162 last night.

My stats need to be mentioned to start with I guess, as it will make an immense difference to how I'm perceived, I'm running 40/30 up to the first hand mentioned which is hand 50 since the start,I've been playing everything but kitchens. The table was very tight so...

Also in this field most regs would more than likely have me pinned as fish which is entirely correct, just thought I'd add that as it would change dynamics a little.

Hand 1 - Quite a well known player, so thought I'd take him to the streets

Hand 6 - Man I tanked the river on this one, obviously had to do a HERO call. I felt that there were hands he'd value bet and bluff with that I beat on this board, but he does only need Jx. I nearly folded, but then thought about how good this guy is and how capable he is of betting thinly. Which is when I moved onto thoughts of jamming...which soon vanished. Shame really, would like to analyse the river on this one a bit more if I can, as I think a jam could well work out to be very profitable. sigh

Hand 8 - It's absolutely terrible. I had started to fall asleep by this point, which isn't great.
Decided to flat the 3b knowing the guy had a strong range. [  ] went well
Jammed thinking he'd fold his non Ax range, which is obv not a huge chunk of his range, but it gave me some fold equity. Right? Right?!

lol you're a fkn hero!

IDK wtf you're doing with two hearts, or why we chk call with 89 on 556 but we made it work Tongue

Also the hand you have TT why are you worried about Qx check shoving? If he has Qx and shoves then you fold, you are in bad shape vs that hand.

Too many hands? Meh, I call it adjusting to the dynamics. If the whole table are playing like nits (like most regs do pre antes) then I'm more than happy to adjust.

Hand 1, If I bet the flop which would be the std line, do you really think I would have taken 2/3s of his stack, with his ep raise call range? Hmm? I felt it would be more profitable to let him think his 99-JJ would be value bets, and let him bluff his AQ's. He literally never has 2x 7x hands.

Hand 2, I can see flatting AQ, which would be the std reg line. But I'm happy to 3b/f vs this guys UTG range, simply because I have a very decent idea of his range when he calls vs when he 4b's. He never has AK as he bets the flop. I got lucky otr admittedly.

The T2hh hand is a bit lol tbf. I didn't think he'd fold to second barrel, however tempting it was with the equity we turned. Would have been nice to make the backdoor, n/m. Watched Moorman backdoor this exact hand the other day too with a bet bet bet line. I haven't got his balls though.

I check called the 89 because I like to stack nits.

The TT hand, ok maybe I explained it incorrectly. I meant that I didn't want to b/f when I still had very decent showdown value. Betting thinly correctly is something I need to work on. Along with a few other things. :p
