Had pm's with a few lads earlier this year about this.

But stars are really bad about advance info for some of their tours. Does anyone know someone at stars that could at least possibly give me an idea of potential places/dates for the APPT for 2013?

I know they have to be confirmed blah blah, but total lack of information caused me problems this year. If i at least knew when/where they were thinking of holding events it might give me half a chance to try and plan for it as I can't always drop tools from work with only a month or two's notice.
