I come back to the table to have a reg whisper, "Matt Frankland is on the list". Hes sat with a mate, chilling waiting for a seat to open at about 2am, friday night. He eventually gets a seat, not sure if he watched any hands or anything.

I'm playing about ~£1.2k
Matt £1k

History: 3bet his open, got in with 2 shorties ~£50 and lost on 446TT, didn't showdown. 55 won.

He has 3bet a fair few opens, but not me yet, we are opposing seats at the table, as the table is 6-8 handed, he is box 1 I'm box 10.

3bet his mate and shown KK/QQ. Stacked his mate with a lower flush for about ~£200. Turned to his mate after and said "He always has that" No clue what thinks in particular of me, I'm young, hoodie wearing, no ipod, but comfortable in the game and he guessed i was a reg.

Preflop: Look down at KK on the button. Matt makes a standard open to 7, fish flats, I make it 29, he makes it 78, it looked like he considered a flat here. Fish has £500 so this could affect his range. I've iso'd the fish after about 70% of his limps so far, and won the pot every time with barely a showdown.

Reaction from here? He is under the gun.

5b/ reaction to 6bet? 5b and reaction to flat? Flat 4b?

Ok, we have universal acceptance of the 5bet. Which is what i did. I make it £171, he calls.

Flop:

He tank checks. I bet £136, he tank, looks more prepared to shove then fold, and flats.

Turn:

He checks.

No flush ott sorry. We do not have

Not really sure on villains image? This is really vital to assigning what he has here.

Flat the 4bet imo.

I think franky's going to find it extremely difficult to buy the fact you're messing around 5betting light and is going to give you the benefit of the doubt most of the time OOP, I think he'll have picked a range of value hands that he'd rather 4bet/fold and play with initiative then just call OOP to someone who's likely to be a little tricky. There is under a 1% chance you'll induce him to get OOL and starting 6bet shipping K9s or w/e that's REALLY not how he plays.

Play a pot, IP with the best hand!

I'd bet bigger on the flop as well £350~ in OTF with ~£820 back in stacks I'd wanna bet £220 and jam £600 into £790 at some point, as played stacks are a little messy OTT I don't think he has a flush often so you still have the best hand a lot of the time, that being said he's got to be pretty strong pre-flop so we don't actually beat ALL THAT MANY hands.

I believe this is tee-side, Franky's the only man from Tee-side to ever be on TV he's like their version of Jess Ennis.
