Button is a complete random. BB in this hand is Bear4rms, I know pretty little about him except for the fact that he plays mtts and over a very small sample of hands played at zoom he's been pretty active 3betting out of the blinds. I'm not sure how he perceives me but may realise I'm a reg. Thoughts on betting flop vs checking flop? Turn? I feel like if I bet the turn then he's gonna play pretty correctly against it (i.e., he knows I can't be bluffing cos of the short stack and I'm not value betting 1 pair cos of him).

PokerStars - $0.50 NL (6 max) ZOOM - Holdem - 6 players

CO: $50.00

SB posts SB $0.25, BB posts BB $0.50

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.75) Hero has

Hero raises to $1.50, fold, fold, BTN calls $1.50, fold, BB raises to $5.25, Hero calls $3.75, BTN calls $3.75

Flop: ($16.00, 3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, BTN bets $5.50, BB raises to $12.00, Hero calls $12.00, BTN calls $6.50

Turn: ($52.00, 3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, BTN checks

River: ($52.00, 3 players)
BB bets $18.27, Hero calls $18.27, BTN calls $6.75 and is all-in

Just bet flop when he checks... he's folding most of the time in my experience but the guy behind won't bet often enough either.

Once flop plays out like it does and it's checked to you I would bet the turn fairly smallish. I played alot of 50nl zoom last month (for me anyway) and was surprised when I kept seeing bear4rms at the table.

After the flop, the button only has ~$6 left

Checking the flop is definitely a mistake.

I'd just be trying to set the pot up for stacks from the flop onwards, as played it's all weird, we want the $6 stack to go in, bearforms to call and then we can raise? if not then sure;y just betting ourselves is best, the $6 guy is never folding a bear-for-R M S will be folding all his air but he's not going to try airball into the $6 stack giving him 8-1 i dont think anyways.
