After Xmas Watford are apparently signing Forestieri, Vydra, Abdi and Poodle on 5 year contacts.  Doesn't stop Udinese taking them back though as effectively we all own the same pool of players.  More likely to be a couple of new players if anything though as the Pozzos know how much there is in the Premier League money wise.

For the bets I'd be more worried about them getting a 10 point penalty for financial misconduct under the old owners.

I am going to the Hull game which seems a good test so will report back.

"how many of the loan Italians are used to playing 3 times a week in god awful weather in the middle of Yorkshire before"

The thing in our favour here is the squad is so big.  Zola has rotated when we have 3 games in a week so far to good effect.  Two typical teams would be:

Almuina, Doyley, Poodle, Hoban, Hall, Ekstrund, Chabolah, Yeates, Hogg, Forestieri, Deeney
Almiuina, Casetti, Anya, Neuton, Nosworthy, Hall, Abdi, Eustace, Murray, Vydra, Geijo

Both strong teams - the second one is arguably stronger (but has been the lesser used so far)

Millwall battered not a suprise, overated average team. Kinda suprised Watford lost, seems Hull may push harder for playoffs than first thought.

Good point for us at Leicester.  Listening to the commentary I went from despair at 2pts lost with their late equaliser to relief that it wasn't worse as the seemed to have countless near misses after that.

We drop into the bottom 3 on GD for the first time.  Next week's televised game vs Sheff Wed is now huger than huge.  I'm pretty sure Hill's tenure won't survive a defeat in that game.

Was on the Red Brazil at 10/1.

Did anyone see the end of the Weds v Brzzie game?

Ref doesn't give an obvious penalty to Weds, ball ends up in the back of the net, ref disallows it for unsportsmanlike conduct for the protests at not giving a penalty.

Never seen that before.

Dave Jones isn't the luckiest manger around, is he?

On top of giving BC two pretty soft penalties.

You couldn't make it up.

Two poor teams although BC deserved at least a draw.

To be fair, they both looked clear cut pens to me.

Were you there? Did you hear a whistle before he disallowed the goal?

Thoughts on Will Hughes?

Looks like he will be an unbelievable player. Looks better than Oxlade did @ 17 (league 1).

What a player Will Hughes of Derby looks

Only 17-18, came out of Repton School

Already got Man U and Arsenal scouting him, and they were at Leicester yesterday

One pass that split our defence for their goal was sublime

Any thoughts on Charlie Austin and how much he would cost if he was up for sale?

Great finisher.

Probably would go for the same amount Shane Long did.

Sorry Camel, only just seen your post.

Yes I was there, didn't hear the whistle but he may have blown before the goal.

I've not seen the replays of the penalties, daft challenge by our defender for the first and a bit of ball hitting our centre forwards arm for the second but that's the way it goes.

I cant see Jones changing things now. He signed 16 players in the summer but yesterday put out a side made up of almost all last season's players.

He looks like he's lost the players big time. It's a right old mess.

I had Bristol City at 11/4  Wink
