Think you've got a bit too much time on your hands Sheriff.

I'm trying to fill the gaps between now and next Saturday!

We need a point ourselves, going to be a tense affair.

Good luck.

PFA Championship team fo the year.voted by the players

Schmeichel

Trippier, Morgan, Hudson,Bridge,

Zaha,Ince,Whittingham,Bolasie,

Murray,Vydra

Lol at no Abdi/Chalobah.  And Vydra shouldn't be in there imo.  And zero Hull players!??  Would have Brady and El Mohammedy instead of the full backs.

Would it be fair to say that Bolasie and Zaha are the two most effective wingers in the championship at getting past their man, flair-wise?

Don't get me wrong I know both falter quite badly at the moment with some of their final balls and both with their finishing capabilities. But I think it is solely on Bolasie's capability to get past a man that the players have voted him in on the wing, he really is a joy to watch on that front. Doesn't even start for us now though, because he can't shoot.

He is deceivingly strong though and can barge people off the ball with ease. Surprised that he hasn't been looked as a right back possibility as his tackling is also good. Should still probably start for us regardless, but can see why he has been dropped.

Not much point in having a winger who can't cross a ball    ....     Zaha's a very good player, Bolognese really needs to work on his game - both young with oodles of potential, though.

Anya is a far better winger than Spaghetti-chops, so is Buckley, the lad Gayle @ Boro (is he a winger?), and that snarling twat @ Blackpool's son - in fact a whole host of other wide players - have been more impressive in the Chumpionship than Olly's Bambi-Boy, Ant.

Your reference points of Purley to South Norwood for Division Two chitter chatter need widening a bit, old son!

Gayle is a stricker, not a winger ffs!

Quiet on TV at the weekend, which suits me just fine.

Nicked from the BFC forum.  Must be unique for every team in danger to (barring silly scorelines) have their destiny in their own hands....

There are five us in danger of that third relegation spot and we've all got our future in our own hands. Assuming there are no cricket scores.

If we beat Huddersfield we're guaranteed safety as our superior goal difference will take us above Huddersfield.

If Peterborough beat Palace they are guaranteed safety as their superior goal difference will keep them above us.

If Millwall beat either Palace or Derby they are guaranteed safety as their points total would exceed what either us or Peterborough can achieve.

If Wednesday beat Middlesbrough they are guaranteed safety as their points total would exceed what either us or Peterborough achieve.

If Huddersfield draw or beat us they are guaranteed safety as their points total would exceed our points total.

Every club with their future in their own hands. Every club can guarantee their own survival. But something has to break, because we play Huddersfield.

Smiley

I know this, but I just can't be bothered. I wouldn't mind staying in this world and just letting you guys inform me from the outside.

If knowing anymore about other clubs than I do was actually important to me, then I would. I think I just need to stop talking until I have more well rounded knowledge, if i ever get it, but then you guys can't play on my ignorance. Cheesy

So swings and roundabouts.

Also though, it is tough to gauge any player properly that you may only see up to 3 times for 90 mins a pop rather than players you see all season.

Another way to put it actually is that I do have opinions on a lot of other Championships sides players but I know it isn't as good as it would be if I was a home fan watching them week in and week out, So i always ask other people's views without putting my own properly over.

Should be more authoritative with views despite the limited exposure i guess.

Bear in mind that the votes had to be in by end Feb

At the time Leicester were going great guns, Brighton had not started their run etc etc

I dare say if the players voted now Ulloa and Bridcutt might be in, Morgan out maybe, just to give an example....abdi, Chalobah too

I think the most significant picks are players like Trippier and (to a lesser extent given he has a profile) Ince, playing in middling to bad teams without the media exposure in some cases, who get into a Championship XI

Everyone knows about Zaha etc

"Anya is a far better winger"

Still not sure how I feel about Anya at wing back Luther.  Prefer Casetti and the Poodle as wing backs when whole squad is fit.

Very quick though Mr Anya.

Hard to tell with Boro players, Graham     ....      they all look like damn midgets to me on that Football League Show.

We don't have as many jolly green giants as the likes of Woeful Wednesday, Dipshits and Burnley fo sho.

Pretty sure that's something FerJu will sort out in the summer. Bostwick and Zak is as good a partnership as we've ever had and they're both still young for that position, but we need a biggun in midfield to go with Payne and Kane.

The best player in this division isn't in it (ulloa). Different level to Vydra, Murray. Not seen a striker with so many qualities to play in the championship.

Bridcutt never going to get in purely because he is a defensive midfielder.

Bolasie and Zaha only in there purely because it is voted back in Feb.

well done brighton,  phantom sending off early on for us for nothing more than a barge seems strange. Diuof give the V sign after he scores?

Just seen the highlights.

Austin headbutted Barnes.

Ridiculous.
