Herbalife sounds like a documentary about a poker player who has lost his mojo and wears outlandish hoodies whilst looking up people's live MTT records online.

Day one went ok.

12pm had a strawberry shake and tablets followed by a herbal tea which apparently is equivalent to 30 minutes on the treadmill.

4pm had a jacket potato, chicken burger and peas. Tablets and a cup of tea.

9pm had my final shake and tablets.

Snacked on a small portion of grapes and a small bag of Brazil nuts about 11pm.

2 litres of water throughout the day.

Sorry, can you explain how a cup of herbal tea is anything like half an hour on a treadmill?

It can slightly increase your metabolic rate and it seems quite reasonable that by doing that it can burn some calories but 30 mins on the treadmill for me is 380 calories and it couldnĀ“t come anywhere near replicating that.

I feel way better after a cup of tea than half an hour on a treadmill    Smiley

I'm going to have a beer now. It's my favourite beer and I've decided it's the equivalent of running 10 miles, which is nice. Might have another after, but then I'll need a sit down.

Nobody says its equivalent, but I'm sure you will feel better after a beer  Smiley

Let me get this straight, are you saying you doubt the claims of the Herbalife marketing?

Seems like a shoe in to make a fortune suing them for making false claims, crack on then

Herbalife helped me lose 3stone in 5 months, so my personal opinion of the formula1 shake is good.

Best of luck with your goal girgy
