Maybe a bit late, but a lot of the guys on one of the celtic forums are reporting good weight loss following the eat normal 5 & fst 2 days a week as in this programme (towards the end) I've had some success but not having much of a settled routine makes fitting the fasting in hard.

I can't help but read Girgy's list of what he ate in Brian Butterfield's voice.

I would imagine on a crash diet that you should be able to lose more than that. I'm crash dieting for an event I'm attending and dropped 9lbs in first week and I don't weigh as much as you. Sneaky chocolate bars?

Herbalife sounds like a documentary about a poker player who has lost his mojo and wears outlandish hoodies whilst looking up people's live MTT records online.
ha ha. My product would be called Hebalneedstogetalife.

Wife told me about the orgasm diet so we both started it Monday and apparently you lose 70 calories everytime you orgasm. We both been trying hard n I reckon I have burned 1400 calories. She is looking for a different diet
