Happened last night.
«

I was playing last night when this hand happened. I've just sat down at the table, I have notes on the UTG+2 player as a bit of a fish.
£10/£20NL 6 seater.
I'm UTG with
I limp. I have
£1920
UTG+2 raises to £80 He has
£2460
Button calls £80 He has
£2120
Blinds fold
Back to me, the pot has £210. It's £60 to call or I could raise
What would you do now?

Re-raise, try to get it heads up
There is £210 in the pot, £30 from the blinds, your limp and the raise which is called
re-raise £200
don't you dare let this be a UTG+2 has AA story!!!

the good old stop and go!
I prefer the re-raise, but both lines have thier attractions

I think that KK is a strong enough hand to play in a 3 way pot especially on a 6 handed table where starting values are a little distorted. Also if you reopen the betting with a reraise you take the risk of facing an allin which you will probably have to call. If you flat call and an ace hits you can get away if you bet the full pot and are reraised on the flop you can still get away. I think a flat call is the play here.

Ok, I made it £220 to play (do you think that this raise was enough?)

about £20 too much
i think so. I suppose the problem is once the original raiser calls you re-raise then the third party gets priced in

I would make it really expensive, over bet the pot to get heads up. I would probably say about $600 to chase one of them off. Then Beat them to the pot on the flop.
