Big Game VI

Just wondering what people thought about every all in hand pretty much being run twice? I understand why the players want to do it sometimes but does it make for better tv, worse tv or not make a difference?

Not a difference imo, that's just how high stakes games (most notably in america) tend to play out, it's less common in the UK but even in mid stakes games in the US its pretty common.

Not sure if they are online :\ best bit so far is Laak misreading his cards and not claiming a 60 k pot after all in pre and him spiking his 3 outer, i guess i might be alone but i just find it quite boring when they run it twice all the time and chop often, i know they did it on high stakes, once in a really wierd spot where benyamine got it in crushed against guy and guy felt sorry for him. Sure its been discussed but would be nice to see some PLO cash instea dof always holdem

pointless if you ask me...if you are prepared to get it all in why then take the chance of splitting the pot...you put your money in you take your chance.

Viewers want to see people gamble for big pots, not chop it up after. But at the end of the day it is the players money, so they can decide what they want to do in their big pots. But I agree, it's a lot more fun without all the chopping/dealing twice
