Are you going to be out an about enough to get the use out of the 3G connection (ie out of range of wifi)?

You can buy a wifi-only ipad for £400.

Yes the iPad 4 came out the same time as the iPad mini. It's cosmetically the same as the new iPad but better processor.
I've never been a fan of these types of deal as you always seem to pay over the odds by the time the 24 months is up.

I use a 3 broadband sim in mine. Costs about £70 now for 15GB of data and lasts a year.

On contract £32 x 24 = £768
iPad 32GB wifi + cellular 579+140  (2 years 3 broadband sim) =£719
iPad 16GB wifi + cellular 499+140  (2 years 3 broadband sim) =£639

Depends on which iPad they are giving you but the figures speak for them selves.

Apps, you can't go wrong with bad piggies or angry birds

These type of deals aren't great but in my mind I rationalise it by the fact I don't care about £30 p/m coming out my account whereas all in one is a decent chunk, plus I don't have it at the minute so wouldn't even be an option.
