I am trying to set some for myself at the moment and was wondering what if any people are setting for themselves. Mine are very small compared to some people on this forum but they are going to be something like this.

1) Beat $25nl cash games on Pokerstars on both NLHE and PLO
2) Beat the micro stake 180 man sitngos on pokerstars
3) Play a DTD Deepstack
4) Win an APAT event

What are the goals of other people. I am going to use this thread to keep up to date how I am doing on these if I can to keep my motivation going.

Goals for 2013:
- Become more / maintain confidence
- 5 Figure score (Has eluded me by ~$500)
- Supernova on stars
- $50K+ profits on stars (have a brilliant work ethic now, especially when compared to previous therefore this should easily be achievable unless i hit a monster downswing).
- Improve (Currently receiving online MTT coaching sessions twice a week so hopefully will work out).
- Build my own bankroll (am currently staked and have a v small roll in relation to what games i feel i should be playing)

gl with your goals Smiley

Must be nice to be so good at the pokers you know you'll win and therefore all you have to do is not chop your limbs off in the meantime.

Cheesy

Mine will be on my blog at years end but will be something like
- get to 100nl and have a 100k hand sample above 1bb/100
- have a solid live cash roll for playing £1/2 games (30bi minimum)
- have a solid live tournament roll for an abi of £300 (50bi minimum)
- have been to Gibraltar for a week long training camp with Pleno
- have been to Vegas

Get drunk at DTD a few times and have a few good nights out down there.

Is the 100K hand sample, 100K hands at 100nl?

Basically to stick to the stringent BRM requirements I have now, because I should be fine if I do so. When I don't, it's murky waters.

600 buy ins rule for online tourns, bashing out 60 a night should make me ok, before I was on 200 buy ins and it was mental.

Aren't we supposed to be surviving 21/12/12 first?!  Wink

- Cash a deepstack.
- Start getting some sort of regular online playing time instead of random binges currently.
- Continue winning playing live cash games.
- Play/Cash/Win a UKIPT.
