I currently ride a sportsbike, so a custom wouldn't normally be on my radar but this beast is fuggin awesome.
Can't see me ever being able to afford summat like this but one can dream.

Never heard of Steampunk in my life but that is one mean looking motorcycle. Just googled 'steampunk tattoos', have seen them around but never knew that's what they were called.

Funnily enough I have also been researching tattoos. Have settled on a Clint Eastwood cowboy outline but with my grandad's portrait in the place of Clint's face. Just waiting to see how much my bonus is at the end of the month then hopefully will get it booked in for mid Feb.

Let us know what you decide on.

The bike was made to match a description in the steampunk version of Sherlock Holmes stories, there's a sidecar to go with it. I'll try and find the magazine that had an article on it. Beautiful work.

Steampunk, for those who don't know, is loosely based on 20,000 leagues under the sea, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen type stories. Where the 19th Century, handmade elegance and cogs and gears mechanics are introduced into modern tech, so how Jules Verne would have imagined the modern machinery looking/operating.

A couple of examples:

They really do make some smart stuff - not too keen on the fashions though, frock coats, top hats with goggles etc....
