Think the Portsmouth-Le Havre ferry is like 8hrs.

The Paris-Deauville train is about 2-2h30mins from memory and fairly pleasant. This said, outside of peak season they don't run too often - perhaps 4/5 each way each day.

£136.18 PAID by Bank TX this morning.

PS - Alex - easily the favoured way to travel to Deauville is.......

TRAIN from Notts to London.

TRAIN from London to Paris

TRAIN from Paris to Deauville.

Please include the TRAIN details in the Tourney Report. Timely running, Loco Number, Rolling Stock type & number, imtermediate Stations, etc.

Serioiusly, the train journey from Paris to Deauville is splendid. What memories......
