lad! Done this myself at DTD a few weeks back. 3bet from the SB without looking and got called by original raiser. C bet without looking on a flop of , got effectively shoved on. Thought I better have a look...... Hello!! The guys with KK wasn't too happy! Still knew I was tilted to Tipperary and back, and continued to play like a douche for 20 mins before I managed to force myself home. Could have been a very ugly session without this hand though.

For me it's not so much other players or players mistakes that tilt me, I can live with those because we all want to play against sub standard players, it's the mistakes I which I make that do it. The last 2 iancredible 100's I've played I've spunked away 3 x average chip stacks in 2 hands because I'd made a bad call when I knew I shouldn't have. It's like I'm trying to punish myself for the error. I need to change my attitude.
Cue Barry.

How you react to the randomness of the cards is all part of the skill of playing poker. If you play a hand well but get devestated by some injustice on the river then overall you didn't play the hand well.

My river bluffing frequency becomes directly proportional to "how much i fkin hate this guy"
Also instead of thinking in ranges etc I just think "fk him"

I get more passive, avoiding higher variance spots for the fear of losing "even more".
Online I start to watch showdowns, even going through a 20 table stack on occasions to see how I get sucked out on this time.
Mumbling, sighing etc.

Probably a couple of things when I play online: - ocassionaly a dosage of fancy play syndrome - getting easily distracted by things going on around me/online distrations - losing focus on the table dynamics, HUD stats of opponents, stack sizes, etc I'm hoping to cover a lot of this in time on the thread I have running about Mental Game if anyone cares to look in http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=59932.0
