Hi all, anyone grind these games?

I have played about 5k hands recently and they seem soft (been playing .5/1 on stars) i took to these instead of sit and gos and they seemed very similar but yet a lot softer at similar stakes.Ive been running good which helps and over the 5k ive run at 7 bb/100. I believe currently i am opening to wide and 3 betting to wide. 28/23/13 VPIP/PFR/3Bet. But people seem to be getting it in so light i want to move these stats to something like 24/22/11 im thinking. Im 95% 3 bet shoving any other bet seems pointless to me. and my pfr is always a min click. Any tips? I will hope to post some hands on here after my next session and if anyone is playing these would be interesting to have a bit of discussion here!

I have never played them but I do remember some people saying the rake is basically unbeatable at the lower levels.

If you grind these games properly almost all your profit will be from rakeback. I'm not sure if the games are even beatable without it, if they are its gonna be for a minute winrate at best
