just purchased a film and im getting an error message


To watch in HD i must have a computer with a built in display or have it connected to a display that supports HDCP

any ideas?

Are you watching on a laptop? if so how old...graphics or screen might not support HD Sad

As a quick fix you can right click on the film, go to Version and have it play in standard definition. Any HD purchase from the itunes store comes with the SD version too and you should be able to play the standard version no problem.

My turning to the dark side is historic used to own one of the biggest independendent DVD rental shops going .. Together with the Chinese car park brigade and the film distributors taking away the rental window and still wanting 45 quid a copy I saw turnover on that side drop 80% in 3 years.... Cheers for helping me out then film companies...can gtfo
