With 19 players left, Our very own Paul Maxfield is joint chip leader.Paul said prior WSOP he fancied getting a bracelet, I think this event is one of his best chances as Omaha is one of his strengths, even
over Hold em, IMO
Good luck Paul

11 left, Paul Maxfield is still there, also Phil Helmuth & B Greenstein are there too.
Apperently when there were 14 left Helmuth shook the other 13 players hands incase he left steaming. LOL

We have a final.
2 players busted out together, one of them happened to be Phil Helmuth (no laughing please). He went crazy asking the guy if it was personal. Phil had flopped 2 pair but guy hit straight on the turn, guy with less chips also all in busted in 11th as he was low stack.
Good job theres luck in poker as Mr Helmuth would win everything.
Well done Paul Maxfield for making yet another WSOP final  (2 last year). Lets hope its 3rd time lucky and you get the bracelet.

All the best to mad max, a remarkably consistent tournament player.

And as ever we have a market up for it if you fancy a punt.

Will also sort out the Blondites market when I'm back in the office tomorrow.

Hi Tikay
The final starts at 11pm (our time) . Im playing at Walsall tonight , hoping to win some xtra Vegas $$ Wink Wink. If you start it off, Ill be happy to continue when I get back, thats if Paul hasnt sealed the deal by then. Not that Paul will do deals of cause, but you know what I mean.
I think the odds of him @ 4/1 are worth a small punt, as I truly believe Omaha is his strongest event.
Lets hope this is Europes 1st Bracelet of many at this years WSOP..

GO MAXI GO.

He thinks he already is........

Actually, he'd be perfect, but we cant drag him away from loose women, that's over & above the call of duty.
