Last night went pretty well bar the heads up debacle!  I had a 6.5m to 500k lead at one point, was probably a bit over eager to finish it as it was 230am

ROI 8%
ITM  12%

Cashed 4 out of 24 tournaments, had a really good run going and then took an absolute beasting over multiple tables.  My fav was going from 1st to out in a Hyper losing 5 flips in 7 hands! was pretty nuts!  I was one tabling for quite some time and did pretty well not to keep it level.

Plans for this week have now amended slightly, looks like we will try the 25/25 on Saturday, throwing a bullet at it, since we feel pretty good about shizzle!  I have heard pre registration is off the chain so could be pretty interesting!

Back on the online grind tonight, ride the wave since results have been reasonable of late.  Homework as always is to stay off Zoom!

More GREEN Smiley

Chopped a hyper for over a bag, so ROI is flying! Would have posted sweat if it wasnt over so quick!

Pretty pumped just now, said Monday I thought things were moving, hitting the correct side of variance!

Another good day at the office:

ROI 23%
ITM  12%

Cashed only 2 of 32 yesterday which is pretty poor, although I think I lost focus and should not have regd anymore after winning one, as I was in massive stack mode and not really in the mood to build from starting.  Plus I used all my positive variance to win a hyper as they are so swongy, had mega premiums on final table which makes life easier!

ROI for the last 120 days is 49% which is obviously a lot better than I would expect to be normal.

I have continued to withdraw winnings as I do not like having too much online due to tilt related hyper heads up disorder (thats a medical thing)!

I am not playing a schedule tonight as I am off to the cinema, White House Down, dont think it will change my life but it will kill a few hours!  When I get home going to try the DTD cash room, see what its all about, not too heavy, sounds like fun so why not!

The weekend is now confirmed as 25/25 on Saturday flight 2, was tempted to sell for a 2 bullet strategy but could not ask anyone to stake me live based on current confidence, so not going to do it.  This could go very well or very bad, not sure there is a middle ground! Also meeting Celtic/Forth Thistle on Friday night maybe, so see how that ends up, at a guess, in me paying for food

Cheers Dreenie, just bought in for Saturday Flight 1, aiming for a single bullet on my dime! Going to try alcohol, played last couple of big ones sober, my record with cider is exceptionally better

Not played much last few days, did dust a hundo off in the Dusk Till Dawn cardrooms, annoyingly not in the Cash Room as there was no tables during the day, did play some time on them previously though, breaking evening, will be better when the pictures go up!

Hopefully meeting Vinny/Forth Thistle at Genting this evening, if all goes to plan, have no plan for how to actually get home and 12pm start in Glasgow tomorrow, this could epicly well! what could possibly go wrong! think my lack of phone charger and contacts make going home a necessity, be interesting to see how this pans out!

Then sticking with a one bullet strategy for 25/25 but again god knows what that will change till tomorrow, will probably machine gun four bullets at 2 flights and jump straight back in that hole I live in...Ack Well

Weekend was pretty horrendous poker wise.

Played the Friday night comp, two bullets, did manage to outlast Vinny but that is hardly a huge poker accolade! Actually felt I was playing pretty well, lost a flip with 88 for stacks! we adopted a "Jam it in their eye" strategy, with that old addage, most of the time they gotta fold, worked a charm for ages, including a ridic bluff with A high in diamonds on a 3 parsley board.  The float with air check jam was a thing of beauty!

Went to play cash and ran over the table for a while, got up from £200 to £800+ and was really getting going.  Lost a £1000 pot, where player peeled an open with 4 high, called the continuation bet with a gut shot to the bottom side of a straight (which hits), which was pretty frustrating "calling for stacks" was the rational, done it myself so cant really complain! pretty disgusting turn which gave me top pair and the K high flush draw, into a player who had loads of bluff.  Could have got off cheaper....sigh! Got back up to £500 3 barrelling AK into A10 but then lost another cold pot last hand of the night.  Raise peeled K10 suited in position, K high flop, K turn, all looked good, J river followed by a donk lead was just rank! I knew he had JJ, nothing else made sense but we had to take our medicine and throw £88 away, so ended up with about £350, I say we loosely as the tilt meant the Pit got most of that.

The 25/25 was equally rank, lasted a whole 2 levels, chipped up to 35k early, table was soft and I was LOL'Loving life.  We then get caught by the 89 ball on 10Jx when we hold JJ, he called the streets which is fine, thankfully only called our river bet when the Q hit, pretty safe on his part, but cheers! We then get down to about 20k, and find 99, "8-9" player raised, called by one spot (new to table, pretty good).  I just flat as he barrels A high loads and fancy we can play this hand cute.  10 high flop, we call a street as does other spot.  We get the 9 turn, Bingo, player bets again, called, we raise.  He calls, other player then raises we shove and he has caught a dirty gutter (de ja vu from last year) and we dont improve on river.  In all honesty, I did not even see the straight, line is joke strong but doubt we are ever folding here.

Did well to get out of dodge and not refire as we were not mentally in it at this point!

We got into the WCOOP 8 max and were chipped up for ages before finding some pretty yukky spots!

Anyways, onwards and upwards.  Pretty excited about getting this staking off the ground.  Almost had to delay it after stone bubbling the GPS 5 seat Sat last night.  The laptop almost got broke! Was 1/9 with a 15k chip lead.  Go to bed, one time lol I lost the head a little, players knew each other and the small stack was getting a lot of cheap folds and I was dwindling.  I should have enough funds to play next week, but small staking request may be imminent if I brick the sats.

Anyways, onwards and upwards.

Good to see you Friday chris. Thanks for not standing me up. Nice to meet your wife too.

I tried to get someone to fold aa pre, but he just wasn't good enough and my ak couldn't hold. Terrible play ultra rewarded as they say elsewhere. Was only a 150 bb pot too lol.

See you soon, and good luck with the staking.

Should have known it was more than 2 hrs into a tourney...
