Abs brilliant episode tonight. Hilarious banter, hilarious hands.

Thanks Alex.

Personally, I thought it the best of those shown to date.

Great episode last night.Just watched it. Best of the series. Well done.

I was watching the hand that Neil hit a flush on the end with the king of diamonds and the mrs started talking to me. I asked her to wait a minute as I wanted to hear what the players were saying in this hand. She turned to watch the hand which featured Neil, looking like a bank manager dealing with a client,  giving Rastafish, dressed in white jacket and with shades on some talk before betting about 995, it had both players in view on screen and she very lightly whispered to me

'Which one of them is Rastafish?'

Was almost in tears at the thought that Neil could even have been considered a 'Rastafish'

I asked her rather mockingly to take a wild guess at which one was Rastafish, unsurprisingly she guessed correctly.

thought last nights show was v good, helped by a few mini coolers and the '6 8' hand between Neil and Rob was one of those TV poker gold hands.

Some classic quotes in there too.

Neil's "is it one idiot to a hand?"

And Robs rubs about Rastafish glasses meaning he can't see flushes was classic.

And of course Rastafish defiantly claiming that he was A WINNING POKER PLAYER Cheesy

The fold to Rob by Neil when he had the straight was unbelievable... to put Rob Yong specifically on 6-8, given how aggro he was and has been all series, wow... easy to say when you see the cards & presume you're calling best case for a split etc etc..... but it's Rob Yong! Smiley

I really enjoyed it too but for one thing.... that Redmond fella chewing his gum with mouth wide open. No class lol

Just goes to show that money can't buy you class

lol, bit harsh? Comes across on Sky Poker as a decent bloke, obv just failing due to that regulation class divider that is the chewing of gum with one's mouth open

Yes, it was a tongue-in-cheek conversation, dwayne. No harm intended.

BobAlike and I nevertheless see ourselves as virtuous fellows who, from time to time, feel duty-bound to limit if not eradicate the social faux pas which so readily threaten to litter our screens.

All good sport.
