Hi Guys

£5 Monte Carlo feeders now run every 2 hours from 12noon - 12midnight so now 7 feeders a day

£5 feeders now feed into the upcoming Sunday final so make sure you can play on the Sunday when winning your seat.

Sunday final has 10 x £1,100 seats Guaranteed

Seems a shame to lose the 14 day rule which gave some flexibility to this. I'm not always sure about what I can do on a Sunday evening due to family and I can't be the only one.

No i haven't i busted while the other table was paused due i still get a refund do you know?

You will have been emailed if you received a refund, maybe check your spam/junk folders too

I don't seem to have one can you check if I was due one Nicola?

I've checked the list of players who were refunded and you aren't on the list

This list was taken at the point of interruption of the remaining players. If you believe the tournament had already frozen before you were knocked email support@dusktilldawnpoker.com and they will be able to investigate further for you.

Could be seen as that.. but what happened was there were 3 tables left and ours was the only one playing they were both 8 handed and we were 5 i believe i busted during this period. Nobody knew what was going to happen and the comp was closed shortly after i busted.  Therefore even though we were not paused stopped etc my table was greatly affected by the actions on the other table...

I have been dealt with via email from the very helpful DTD support staff who im sure you are very familiar with Jason

Lol. Yeah I have had one or two dealings with Nicola, Maria, Kerry and Sophia this week. They are brilliant but the majority of the time the issue is due to an ipoker cock up rather than a Dtd one. This ain't the thread to complain but I have been playing a lot of ipoker stuff recently. Its across the network. I used my wife's bank card which they accepted but despite my wife sending em ID and the photos of the card saying its ok ipoker now say despite taking money in the past its not ok... And because I want to withdraw money from one of the skins I have to change my user name because it had an "&" in it.

Your case seems pretty reasonable but because I  ain't been around it just looked like you had busted early and wanted a refund.

I hope the ipoker software can cope with the freerolls and sats for the ISPT. This could be another snafu that is beyond Dtd's control.
