Apparentkly, as BobAlike said previously, I need to go to SETTINGS>GENERAL>SOFTWARE UPDATE.

My ippy does not have a "SOFTWARE UPDATE" tag though.

Because you have never upgraded previously I think my previous comment was rended useless. I'm trying to connect my ippy to my pc at the moment but it's taking a while to transfer purchases. Once done I'll try and guide you through the process via iTunes. That is unless you've already managed to figure out by then.

Done that, nothing happens.

If I have Downloaded ITunes correctly, should I have a Desktop Icon or something? I dont at present.

To the left of that, there is a Green Arrow, that looks like a "press me" thing, but it does not do anything.

We are on 6.1 now Mr.K, you might need to update twice Smiley
