Ippy help please.

Been to the Apple Shop today.

The Nice Man explained how to do it, it is dead easy, apparently.

I just have to open i-Tunes (no need to log in), connect ippy to lappie, click the thing on the left sidebar, job done.

Should be a doddle.

Nice Man seemed surprised it had never been Updated since new, but I explained that I looked after it well & it is low mileage.

Yes, but he explained where the thingie is I have to press.

If all else fails, there is a "Help" Phone Number I can ring, too.

Must say, the Apple staff were incredibly helpful.

Can't get I-Tunes to open, so have Downloaded it again, and I have an I-Tunes icon now, but it does not open.
