Findus would have got away with it if it wasn't for the DN neigh test.

Apparently, they spoke to a food critic who tried it.  Said it was good, good to soft in places.

Its illegal untraceable meat.  Why would you want to eat it?  Do you think the crims that passed it off as beef are just loveable rogues who wouldn't do anything that would hurt people?

I'm guessing you've never been to an Abbatoir or a chicken farm/factory?
