Is this standard or what..

Day 2 of the Genting Glasgow £21K prizemoney around 87 left. 30 getting paid.
Avg is 148K
We are on 2k/4K with a 500 Ante. there are 8 players i have 180K and BB has 280K

I raise AhAs utg+1 to 8.5k and the BB makes up.
Pot is now 23K
Flop comes 7s4s2s and he checks and i bet 13.5k and he tank raises to 40K

i ship the lot and he calls with 7c7d.

is this standard or do we peel and decide the turn?
Turn is two hearts

would appreciate the feedback.
Felt correct at the time but would like opinions.

Thanks.

Loving the tank before raise.  Nobody is ever folding here.

If we peel flop the only turn decision will be how long we decide to slowroll.

def call flop, surely it can't be close? why do you all want to go all in? we literally dont have any bad turn cards, he can improve with his bluffs and bluff on fantastic cards for us, if he beats us then w/ever that doesnt really matteR?

min 3 bet the flop! unlucky to have ran into it but in a vacuum i would be min 3 betting the flop as it keeps the bare k or  q of hearts in because the player has "value" ( one of the best, misused phrase in poker ) to call. i think its a very interesting spot. as there is also merit to just  flatting.
