Why don't they just leave it open to whoever wants to play, rather than picking the line up? People can come and go as they want.

he was good for sure but I don't think there has been anyone terrible in there. You need Tighty in there as the resident guy because he plays the part very well bringing out the best in his co commentators.

You won't please all the people all the time and as long as they keep mixing it up with legends of poker and legends of comedy then I will keep tuning in.

You won't need to worry more about what you are gonna be wearing on the stream seeing as the Monte Carlo ain't far off. Wink

I think most people seem to agree you need an anchor man like Tighty or Ed, I can play that role too, and then perhaps rolling stream of guests who do an hour each, like Rastafish, Wadey, Stato, PJ whoever really.

is PJ they one that slagged me off. My mate can't tell the difference between you, PJ, Tom High and Tom Kugelstadt. Only person he is 100% certain was there was the big guys who is always eating and never loses Smiley (and also has a cloudy memory).

Tom Kugelstadt is beefier than me thigh and PJ (not hard) and yes eats a lot, but not as much as mitch or stato. Doubt PJ ever slagged you off in public / to your face Cheesy

Cash games just don't make for good viewing very often.

Tournaments are far more conducive because rising blinds put players under chip pressure and force them to make moves.

In cash games you can wait hours without seeing a decent hand - hence it's boring viewing.

Also, there is a fixed ending point in tournaments, with one guy ending up the winner. This is obviously never the case in cash games.

Player x won 2 grand, player y lost 3 grand. Unless I have a piece of someone it's "Meh. So what?"

I watched for about an hour and sad to say the chat room bust up between Carlo Citrone and Steve Vladar was far more entertaining than the game we were watching!

Also having it at high stakes instantly narrows the options for who will play, and how loose they will play.

If there's a 1/2 game played sign up Ian and me and we will level the shit out of each other for hours.

Yeah, I think a 1/1 or 1/2 streamed game will be more interesting for viewers potentially - especially as they're capped and therefore people aren't playing as deep (at least not to start with), so that will generate more action.
