Thanks again all....
3 days in intensive care turned into 9 which was obviously very worrying but he's turned that corner now!

Had to laugh at him today ....my mum took this in for him to listen to

Just at hospital
Dad is well enough to come off the intensive care onto a normal ward !

Family really is so important and times like these you realise just how much!

He had a blood transfusion yesterday as some count was low ...but doing really well
Wednesday he is having a drink for the first time since the operation ....which he is looking forward to!

He had a drink today for a scan !

The stent has moved slightly ....not sure until tomorrow what they are going to do but we assume fit another one.

Another setback

Generally he is doing really well walking about etc
Going to be fed through the tube for some time I think !
