Already won a sat to qualify for this- £20+2 feeder sat to £150 FO sat for GUKPT. Only been 5 runners in so only one seat paid and it's an unlimited rebuy. No real reads but seen a few cavalier moves from villian.
Simply put, should I be folding this in a sat situation. My initial thought when he jammed was a big A but I suppose he's doing it with JJ,QQ and maybe KK,AA.

Any thoughts appreciated

There's one seat paid and how many players still in?

Actually, that's irrelevant really, as there's only one seat so you're playing to win rather than ladder into one of the seats.  You're ahead of a lot of his range, and you're not raising to fold, so you call.

This is it, just three but it is a rebuy.(although rebuy gets you only 1500chips I've seen plenty do it in sats).

with only 1 spot paid surely he's jamming 77-99 as well?

You have him double covered I dont see how you can fold, thats just my instinct though I know nothing about satelite strategy I'm sure someone like James or Ray will come tell us if thats wrong?

Snap call heads up.  Don't think it can even be close. You are heads up with one seat so trying to win is the best strategy.  If he rebuys so be it.

Think this would be a fold if there was say 5 seats with 10 left. But since it's winner takes all, and you can't just fold to a seat - you have to win all the chips somehow, and this seems a pretty good spot to get most of them, so I'd call.

yeh it's pretty important if he can rebuy. i'm calling though, like i said you need to win all of the chips in play at some point.

and because he's not knocked out if you win. So the "gains" from you calling and winning aren't as great as if its a freezeout

Tx for the replies chaps. Lots of v gd advice for the future. Seems the 1 seat only tips it in favour of a call. Just need to win my flips.

If you're still in the rebuy period this is an easy call.
