you by in for a set amount  say £50  and you are given £100k  in bets you have to turn that £100 k nto £1 million in 10 days!  if you turn it into £1million you get

yea Max bet on most is £10k -£15k  guess thats why you have 10 days!!  well i could be fun!  i have spunked my £100k on tonight football

Anyone have any joy with this game?  Obv I know the guys who run it, but thought it was pretty entertaining when we were doing beta testing on it.

Doesn't really feel like the sort of thing a "proper" punter would get into, but quite liked the awards etc. and the way you could give mates the rubdown on their terrible bets

Clever idea but absolutely no value basically.  Assuming you could find bets with a 10% edge you would have to find 1k of them in ten days to theoretically be able to make the amount needed.  The time limit makes it very, very difficult to do.  of course you could get lucky and, possibly, if for example, you knew of a horse that was 100/1 that would likely go off at 10/1 this might be a smart way to back it but realistically I cant see how you would win long run.

One thing I would add is that we should be really proud of the gambling industry that has sprung up in the UK.  I know there are a lot of spineless bookmakers etc but there has been some outstanding innovation too with things like this.  Really great to see.

Yeah, I guess it wasn't built to help hand over money!  I don't think the margins are actually that huge though - there are a bunch of bonus things (not looked at it in a while) that allow you to bet half/all your cash for example that help overcome the restrictions.

I showed it to a couple of mates who like sport but don't really bet who seemed to like it.  Basically it's a kinda training ground for sports betting - cheap way to get a feel for how the mechanics work and spray a load of bets about without risking more than initial stake.  Whether that means the company will make much out of it long term is another thing...
