On my new comp, I got a tv card so I could watch my Sky box on the computer, but I can't get it to work.  I've the box linked to the PC and I'm using a program called Videomate CompDVB-T.  All the wires are in the right place, I've unplugged everything and put them back in but I can't  get the program to pick up a signal.

Does anyone else use this program?  I'm not sure what the tv card is, I can't seem to find the device manager on Window 7.  

Any assistance would be appreciated.
