BTN: 8,490 (42.5 bb)
SB: 2,960 (14.8 bb)
BB: 4,630 (23.2 bb)
Hero (UTG+1): 6,540 (32.7 bb)
UTG+2: 3,221 (16.1 bb)
MP1: 3,780 (18.9 bb)
MP2: 1,346 (6.7 bb)
MP3: 2,790 (14 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with
Hero raises to 400, UTG+2 calls 400, MP1 raises to 3,780 and is all-in, 8 folds

Results: 1,500 pot
MP1 mucked and won 1,500 (1,100 net)

Is this a clear fold?

Almost always folding here unless villain has shown history for getting out of line. He's shoving into a stack that has him covered and has opened up under the gun? ... from his perspective he has to put us on a strong range. I don't like calling off > half our stack with an offsuit AQ, surely better spots to pick? Folding leaves us 30bb's, so plenty of play left.

Pre-ante this is a fold against most decent opponents, so it's pretty read dependant. I noticed you used Holdem Manager to paste the hand, you should try and look at his stats to try and sway you one way or the other.
