Thx Charmaine

We're into the final level now, so just under an hour left for the second batch.

Blinds are 400 and 800 with a 100 ante.

53 players remaining.

It's all very cagey at the moment. No1 fancies being eliminated at this late stage.

Thanks pokergirlie,

Glad to see you on here - and hopefully tomorrow as it all gets a bit more exciting... The final half hour sees quite a bit of hanging on as Snoopy said, but I'll endeavour to get one or two more stories before they finish for the night.  Again, we'll try to get you those end-of-day counts if they get here before 3!

Some Chappy Chip Counts:

Joe Hachem -- 5k
Henrik Orlander -- 8.3k
Ram Vaswani -- Well, you'd need to be Rainman to count them.

Ram Vaswani, who was up to 110,000 easily just minutes ago, just lost a big pot against the guy who has now just taken said lead.

I saw a pot of 40k already built on the turn, with a board of:  .  His opponent Marc Naalden had bet a chunk;  Ram flat called.  The river was  .  Marc Bet again - 15,000 and Ram eventually called, but mucked when he saw Marc's  .  Now there are two giant stacks on that table.

Dave McGeachie   16,000
Anthony Chessa    45,000
Greger Aktell        44,000
Jesper Frolich        60,000
Henrik Olander      13,000
Rolf Woods          15,500
Ken Lennard          17,000
Juha Helppi           14,000

I think I failed to post these from about 20 mins ago - they may be slightly out of date but Hachem was the only casualty in this most recent segment that I am aware of...    Only 15 minutes to go until they break for the night.  There are various rumours circulating that they are going to play down to the final, or to the final 18 tomorrow, but either way it will be a long day.

OK it's officially over, the players are starting that process of recording their chips which eventually, in two hours or so will reach us in the form of a neat table of end of day counts.  We are going to wait until one of us actually goes to sleep, or they arrive, whichever is the soonest.
