I've wanted to apply in the past and I've come close to doing so, but I don't think I'd get on. It's not that I'm not good at business - I've been a salesman before, can negotiate, in general think I have the right qualities to do well in business - it's that I can actually work with other people. I've only started watching this year but one thing that's apparent is that for all their skills and experience they've mostly picked people that are just incapable of working with others and showing some humility. Everyone talks over everyone else, talks bad behind their backs, I mean.... it's obviously designed that way to make it good for tv but it's not about finding a good investment for Al, it's obviously only about tv.

Enjoying it and can see why others enjoy it. But by god, I'm finding it stressful dealing with how big idiots they are.
Very impressed with the girls' strategy in the boardroom. He was toast as soon as she mentioned that she thought he was sexist. I actually thought the northern irish girl was bang out of order just ignoring what he said - whether or not he turned out to be wrong, in the case that it was basically a trick question and his having a good degree of local knowledge actually counting against him - and deciding that her own strategy was best. If she had called him to say one more time 'hey i think we should change our strategy' and gave her reasons why, and he ignored her and they couldn't do well, then she's covered her own ass and can take the glory when her sub-team wins and blame him when the subteam loses. But as things stand she just came across as someone who won't listen to other people.
She really owned him but your definitely right, no intention of listening to anything he said. Poor bringing in Natasha was never going. You missed your regards. Regards. Rfg

Wrong decision IMO.
I'd have booted the PM.
Though I don't think Rebecca thought her corner nearly well enough.

None of the girls are any good, which is a shame as I have Leah in the sweepstake.
Tonight was cringe-worthy from start to finish.

Whatshisface that did the motivational speech surely has to be the favourite at this point.
Jason is just hilarious and I hope he stays under the radar long enough not to get found out how he is!

Such a bunch of numptys that Neil is favourite and Luisa has a chance of running him close.
Only reason for watching the programme is to give context to You're Fired but even that is beginning to look formulaic.

Lots of people posting in this thread without the correct etiquette.
They're walking a fine line, as Morning Lord Sugar would say.

I took Rebecca saying "We'll see what happens. I'm going to enjoy it", when they were discussing Luisa, to mean she has a disaster coming up.
Neil has ability but is extremely arrogant and has shown himself to be a nasty piece of work in previous weeks. We've had his kind several times before - they go deep but never win.
