When I saw this this morning, for some reason I read it as "Skateboarding - We Need More of This To Stop it Dying.

The linked thread was very amusing, but I couldn't for the life of me see the connection with skateboarding. I felt daft because I thought I was missing something obvious.

I even puzzled about it while I was out running errands.

Just got back in and read it again.

It makes sense now.

Thread is amazing!!

Some poker goober just lost a huge pot and was talking about equity...

I asked him why is he talking about home loans.

He said..."just shut up."

The Las Vegas poker goobers should have took my entire bankroll into 2011, they only got 80% of it, though....

They shouldn't have let me return.

Going to throw down more moves than Reggie after I double up.

Party Poker Refused To Sponsor Me For The Main Event

Dear Party Poker + Bwin Sponsorship & Events Team,

You will regret not sponsoring me.

I have a smart, clean cut, and sophisticated image that would propel any brand to the top of the food chain.

I also am not an angle shooting toolbox like Doug Lee or any of those other dirtbag pros.

I beat my opponents fair and square... clean, "1,2,3 in the middle of the felt."

On top of that, I am a bull that's been running wild all across America trampling any poker goober that steps up and gets in my way.

Since you have refused to sponsor me, I must now wreak havoc on your company and the players you sponsor.

Inform them that their worst nightmare has now arrived in Las Vegas.

I am going to beat anyone I see with a Party Poker patch like a white trash housewife who fukked up their husbands batch of fishsticks.

Dear Mr. V,

Thank you for your interest in interviewing our poker players and sponsorship.

Unfortunately we would not be able to commit to your requests.

We wish you all the best in your quest at the WSOP 2013.

Best regards,

your bwin Sponsorship & Events Team

I am officially old.

I rolled my eyes reading that so frequently I think I've developed an RSI.
