Felt like I fit in.
Really? That's pretty sad, you are clearly the most liked and respected poster/player on Blondepoker. Maybe everyone is a bit intimidated by you. I don't know which part of that post is furthest from the truth. (Well I do actually, but l'm touched all the same) I can't believe anyone is intimidated by me. I go out of my way not to tread on toes. I write at least half a dozen posts a day and then delete them in case they offend anyone. The most recent was going to be the start of a series called 'Markup debate of the week' but I decided that some people might think I was having a pop. Are you winding me up Keith? I'm regretting the op already. Not winding you up at all. Intimidated by you because you are wiser and more intelligent than the mere mortals on here. And if we take a different opinion to you in thread we usually end being either proved wrong or humiliated or (usually) both. OK. None of this just happened.

Never having been to Lord's grates on me being a massive cricket fan, never managed to get tickets.
Neither have I and have been to every other traditional test venue in the uk and a full tour away (new zealand) Kind of ridiculous really. Sort it out guys http://www.lords.org/fixtures/fixtures-and-tickets/went to the 40 over final in Sept last year...disappointingly not a sell out like the old days....so worth thinking about as a day out in a fairly full Lords.

Was going to post TOWIE as well. Having seen the trailers for it, don't think I ever will be watching it.

On the reasonable assumption that you're not going to watch TOWIE and have sufficiently high sartorial standards to avoid the onesie http://www.oxfam.org.uk/stewardingIt's the best way to be at a music festival, bar none. Although you might be unlucky enough to pitch your tent near someone like this... Click to see full-size image. |

Had a hole in one or played at St. Andrews.
Holes in 1 are overrated, my first cost me 74 halfs of coke (i was 16) second time I was not so lucky. St Andrew's just get it done.

These days most clubs have an "insurance" pot to help
